A recent drive out where the fields and cerulean sky were the only view from the passenger window left my lungs feeling full and my heart ready to burst with happiness.
Big changes have been coming my way recently and now, after taking a few weeks to embrace them I am ready, steady and strong.
Strong on my feet, in my heart and strong in my mind.
